this blender exceeded my expectations. i really wanted a high speed blender but without plastic - and VitaMixes were over twice as expensive. the Tornado is checks all the boxes - including one that i hadn't expected: it's surprisingly quiet when the lid is on. Great customer service, wonderful product. Highly recommend!
The design of the plastic container is wider at the bottom and not as high at the top so the whole blender can be pushed underneath the upper cabinets. Couldn't do that with the original container. Still it was disappointing that the original container did not last more than three or four years when I have hold blenders that lasted for 20 years. Hope this new design lasts longer.
I have been looking for a blender that didn't have any plastic in the jar. This came up several times and I'm happy with its performance.

You can't find a blender with these specs at this price. Why pay for another's inflated brand name, a bunch of settings you'll never use, and get an inferior product. It's blended everything we've thrown at it. I'll only recommend this blender to anyone.

When I was looking to replace an aging blender of a well known high end brand, I was really wanting a stainless steel container this time. I took a chance on the Tornado because of the price and, as cliché as it sounds, I'm really glad I did. There are no other filters as well made, unique, and useful. I bought a set a few years ago. When I came back to order more, they were the same price. And just as nice!

I have wanted a really good quality blender, soomthie moaker, nut butter blender but witches cost, I wanted a good investment. I just happened to stumble across the Tornado. It wasn't as expensive as the Blendtex, Ninga, Vita Mixer, for the quality, AND! It's American made. It works great, so I'm very happy I waited and kept looking to finally buy.
Use these to make tofu. It dose a wonderful job… all the pulp is remove to make a smooth product.
I love this blender better than my former ninja blender. Less noise.
